Restaurant Managers
Buffalo Wings & Rings managers are responsible for insuring our brand experience is delivered every day, every shift to every associate and to every guest in your restaurant without exception. As a member of the management team, you are entrusted to uphold the brand standards and execute accordingly. You will oversee the overall operations; ensuring standards are maintained and continually improved in all areas of the restaurant, including these key result areas: People, Service, Products, Safety/Sanitation, Sales Building and Cost Balancing.
Kitchen Managers
Our Kitchen managers are the heart and soul of our brand experience. Leading the kitchen operation, you will ensure the highest food quality standards and safety procedures are adhered to. Day to day tasks include training and coaching the kitchen team and preparing delicious BWR food.
FOH Associates
Our Front of House associates bring the Buffalo Wings & Rings brand experience to life tableside with our guests. No scripts here. Our service is personal, genuine and engaging. It’s your unique personality, great smile, empathy for others and service aptitude that makes the difference to our guests.
BOH Associates
Our Back of House associates truly are the heart of our operation. Our BOH team knows that creating menu items that people crave takes a careful hand. It’s your commitment to quality and consistency that ensures our menu items are prepared and presented to spec and our guests leave satisfied.
